Bed was too soft for my tastes. Had back ache in the mornings. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean.
Disappointed that desk clerk at check in was not more helpful about locating restaurants in the area. Did an Internet search to find eating places. Person in breakfast area was very helpful about food available for my dietary restrictions.
the room was spacious and clean.
we never were able to get breakfast and the warmers were always out of service.
I was very appreciative of the information packet and flyers posted to the patrons for events that were happening in the area.
I understand that the prices are increased due to area events but I also realized that there are some place that were a bit more reasonable.
Breakfast was hot and very good. Beds and pillows very comfy. WiFi fast and easy.
No hot water one day at 3:00 PM after hiking. DirectTV died in middle of "The Martian." AC not very strong, just tolerable. Toilet old and fussy, stopped up easily if you did not hold the handle down just so.
The breakfast and the woman tending to it were very good.
I had reserved two rooms. When I checked in, the clerk only had me down for one room. He blamed the problem on the third party through whom I made the reservation. More importantly, I was billed for an additional day -- in addition to two rooms for two days. Again, this is a screw-up at the front desk. I've objected to this error in a mailing to American Express. If for some reason I am forced to pay for an additional one day on a third room, my rating would plummet to "zero". I'm hopeful this error will be recognized.
Nice clean room and very close to West Point
Clean room Nice bed to sleep in Breakfast was good
Every thing was ok
The breakfast was very good. THE Gentleman AT THE Front Desk WAS VERY accommadating.
Nice breakfast selection and was replenished often.
the bed was not real comfortable.
A bit pricey for the location. Seems like rates were raised due to large gymnastics meet at West Point
It was a nice place and close to where we had to be.
The price was kinda high for a night!!
We checked it rather late and we hungry upon arrival. The location was in a rural area and we were having trouble finding something to eat. Mary was very helpful and was calling restaurants to see if they were open ,offered us bagels and even made us a goody bag of water and nuts to tide us over until our pizza order was delivered. She went way above what we expected for customer service.
We were staying there to go outlet shopping and the hotel was about 20 minutes away but in a very remote area that was hard to navigate.
Where do I begin? Well, location is great; handy to West Point. Rooms were new, well maintained, and clean. Staff was most helpful and eager to please. Easy to find. Terrific stay! Free breakfast was awesome in its selections and food and coffee really good. I gained a pound in three days.
Pillows in my 2nd room (220) were a bit flat. However, pillows in my original rm were great! I changed rooms due to noisy a/c.
Friendly staff and convenient location Air conditioning worked well as it was close to 100
Dead spider and web in slower curtain
Extremely over priced. The fact that the price per night almost double when there's an event happening at the West Point Military Academy is outrageous and seeing that 90% if not more of the guests are military families, it's a shame that the hotel would act in that fashion.
1. WiFi was extremely slow. 2. Lighting in restrooms were poor 3. Toilet flushing was horrible
